I confirm that no individual exceeds 300lbs and that my total passenger weight, including luggage is under 600lbs total. *

I understand that luggage is restricted to "soft bags" only measuring no more than: 20" long x 15" wide x 10" deep. A bigger bag may be accomodated but could take up a full seat (pilot discretion/approval required). *

I understand there is a 50% fee for any cancellation within 72 hours. No fee if we cancel due to weather conditions. *

I understand that Birds Eye View, Inc. cannot fly in dangerous weather. If weather conditions impede the company's ability to fly, I will not hold Bird's Eye View, Inc. responsible for the cancellation of my flight. Bird's Eye View cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to weather. *
